Refund Policy

1. Digital Service

This product is a digital analysis service. Your report is generated based on the data you upload and is delivered shortly after submission.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

Once your analysis has been successfully generated and delivered, the service is considered fully performed and no refunds will be issued.

3. Waiver of Cancellation Rights

By purchasing this service and submitting your data, you:

• Request immediate processing of your analysis
• Acknowledge that the service begins straight away
• Agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• A technical error prevents your report from being generated
• Your data cannot be processed due to a system failure
• You were charged more than once for the same service
